LangSmith Enterprise Pricing

LangChain Standard Units (“LSUs”) are the standard unit of measure for usage consumption across all LangSmith products and features. LSUs are drawn down against a Customer’s LangChain Credit balance at the rate set forth in the Customer’s Order Form. The underlying LSU metering rate for each product is shown below.

| Offering | Description |

| Platform Subscription | An annual subscription that grants Customer an unlimited number of users access to and use of the LangSmith Platform during the Subscription Term, including one (1) Production Instance and one (1) Development Instance. Additional Instances may be purchased separately, as set forth in the applicable Order Form. The Platform Subscription does not include usage-based charges, which are billed separately according to the rates set forth in this Order Form. |
| Instance | A separately provisioned deployment of LangSmith made available to Customer: being a Cloud organization in a single Region; a BYOC organization, including all of its data planes; or a Self-Hosted Installation, including all organizations it hosts. "Region" means a hosting location in which LangChain offers Cloud. More than one Region may exist within a single geography, and the set of Regions may change from time to time. "Self-Hosted Installation" means a deployment of the LangSmith platform in Customer's infrastructure that has its own dedicated data stores. Self-hosted deployments that do not share data stores are separate Self-Hosted Installations. |

Customer must initiate the engagement within sixty (60) calendar days of the Start Date of this Order Form. Failure to initiate within this 60-day window shall result in the immediate expiration and forfeiture of the benefit. These services are non-transferable, have no independent cash or credit value, and may not be applied as a set-off against future fees. |
